Andrew Sullivan is back at it

are a good idea. How many times do we have to point out that these undeclared

Oh, I don't know, maybe your argument would be a bit stronger if congress
would declare war. If you want POWs -which is fine but of course that means you can't try them for anything less than war crimes- then declare war.
