Andrew Sullivan is back at it "You only have to look at the preliminary hearing yesterday for Zacarias Moussaoui to see why military tribunals are a good idea. How many times do we have to point out that these undeclared war-makers are not criminals. They are prisoners of war," writes the "great" Andrew Sullivan in a question mark impaired question today.

Oh, I don't know, maybe your argument would be a bit stronger if congress would declare war. If you want POWs -which is fine but of course that means you can't try them for anything less than war crimes- then declare war.
